Can I buy a Smart ForTwo Cabrio in Canada and bring it to the US?

2. Probably will not be able to register it here or get title. Most imported vehicles will have to pass an inspection. It won't meet US vehicle standards. As a Canadian visiting it should not be a problem, they let the questionable semi's from Mexico in.
