What is a good gas efficient car or van that fits 6 people?

We currently drive a Suburban it is a gas hog! Please help us find a vehicle that will be gas efficient and still will seat 6 or 7. Is there such thing? Also, two of our passengers use car seats.

A 6-cylinder Honda Odyssey with Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) gets 20 city, 28 highway. Most other minivans get 18/25. The 6-cylinder flex-fuel Caravan gets 19/26 and lets you use E85 ethanol, but that isn't always cheaper because ethanol gets worse mileage than regular gas. But any minivan will get you better mileage than your Suburban, and the seating capacity is still 7.
